Personalized teaching for small groups - you will get enough attention from the teachers to learn and progress at your own pace with your Yoga practices.

Raja Yoga is a practice for the whole being. It includes mental and physical techniques to help you in all levels. Human beings are not only made of physical bodies therefore the need for a practice that addresses the psychological, mental, and spiritual well being as well.

Each session comprises of warm-ups, yoga postures with breath control, self-massage and deep relaxation, Yoga principles and philosophy and meditation with mantras.

Wear comfortable clothes. Do not eat before classes. The exercises should be practiced on an empty stomach, 3-4 hours after a meal. You may bring a mat or use the ones available at the center. Be punctual.
