LOCATION: The location may be set according to the convenience of the teacher and student.

This class is for all levels of practitioners of Yoga, designed especially for those who practice meditation regularly. The exercises will strengthen your body so that you can enjoy a longer and fruitful meditation.

Yoga is not only a physical exercise. The Asanas work along with meditation to make the body and mind more subtle. Their effect on the endocrine glands contributes to mental balance and helps to concentrate properly.

Shrii Shrii Anandamurti (founder of Ananda Marga) has selected forty-two asanas from the thousands of postures. They are specifically chosen to foster one's spiritual progress as well as preventing different diseases.

The teachers have been practicing Yoga and Meditation with Ananda Marga for many years.


 

Ananda Marga is a not for profit tax-exempted, charitable and educational organization under Section 501(C)(3) of the IRC in USA.

Ananda Marga teaches yoga and meditation free of charge or on donation basis. Fees stated are suggested donations to further the programs of Ananda Marga and cover its operative costs.
