Come and learn to meditate under the guidance of a qualified instructor. You can choose to just take one
class, or to continue coming for a full ten class course (and
longer if you like).
You will learn a technique of meditation and other practices that will
help you maintain a harmonious relationship with yourself and
others. The
benefits of meditation are well-known today and more and more
people have included some minutes of meditation in their daily
life. If you are looking for a way to achieve more inner peace
and harmony, increase self-confidence and will-power, overcome stress, and improve your health this is a

The teachers are monks of Ananda Marga who have been practicing
and teaching meditation techniques for over 20 years. Or are
volunteer workers, trained by these monks. You will
be able to get expert guidance and will benefit from their
experience.
